All attendees need to register for the Forum, using the Registration Form provided on this site.<\/p>

On-site event application<\/h3>

Once the registration process is completed, you receive an e-mail with personal code to download the application of this meeting to your android phone, tablet, iPhone, iPad.<\/p>

Charges and Cost Allocation<\/h3>

The accomodation and conference related costs and transfers are covered centrally by Abbvie.
Any onsite extra costs, (ex. minibar, laundry, etc.) needs to be covered individually, Abbvie doesn not take responsibility on them.<\/p>

Transportation<\/h3>

Transportation is arranged for you from and to the Liszt Ferenc Airport Budapest, assistance will wait for you with your names displayed.
The Airport is located 35-50 minutes transfer time from the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, depending on the traffic.<\/p>

Attire<\/h3>

Attire for the meeting and group dinner will be business casual.<\/p>
